Composting Toilets

In this one day workshop, participants learned principles and practices of using composting toilets to convert "waste" to resource and conserve water. Proper maintenance techniques were demonstrated. Health and regulatory issues, arid land considerations, urban use, aesthetic considerations and more were discussed.
